Yum yum yum
Four forks (or should that be spoons) for this Spicy Corn Chowder from Epicurious... like many of the reviewers I added a potato and jalapenos -- thicker and spicier. (maybe a little too spicy -- jalapenos + overfill on the cayenne pepper = firy tongue). And super easy to make. Yum and double yum - certainly one to add to the autumn / winter rotation. Looking forward to tomorrow's leftovers for lunch already...

Absolutley great, if not proper by Weight Watcher standards. I also added red potatoes, and I used Green Giant Mexicorn. Since the Mexicorn has no liquid, I increased the chicken broth to 1 1/4 C. But, I don't exactly know how it serves 4. We got three bowls from it. Fortunately, there are only two of us, and one is constantly on a diet!
Sounds good with mexicorn - unfortunately not on the shelves here. We did get 4 bowls, but I used 2 cups of broth, which I guess made it more...
I doubled the recipe so we had some leftovers. Yummy!!
and... looks like a Wulfagarson soup has been born!
